Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. General Policy

Velarima Digital Agency Pvt. Ltd. provides digital services and related products, including website design and development, digital marketing, SEO, social media management, advertising campaigns, software solutions, CRM, LMS, and other digital services.

Due to the nature of digital services, customized work, resource allocation, and service delivery, all services and products are non-refundable once the invoice has been issued and payment has been made.

2. No Refund Policy

Once an invoice has been issued and payment has been received, the amount paid is non-refundable and non-transferable, except where a refund is required under applicable law or expressly approved in writing by Velarima Digital Agency Pvt. Ltd.

This policy applies to:

  • Website design and development services.

  • Digital marketing, SEO, and social media management packages.

  • Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other advertising management services.

  • Software development, CRM, LMS, and other digital solutions.

  • Annual subscriptions, maintenance plans, and support packages.

  • Customized designs, content creation, branding, and other digital deliverables.

  • Training programs, consulting, and other professional services offered by the company.

3. Cancellation Policy

Clients may request cancellation of a service by submitting a written request to Velarima Digital Agency Pvt. Ltd.

Cancellation does not automatically entitle the client to a refund of any amount already paid. Any outstanding payment obligations, including charges for work completed or commitments already made, will remain subject to the applicable quotation, invoice, and service agreement.

4. Project Delays and Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing the required information, content, approvals, credentials, and other materials necessary for service delivery.

Delays caused by missing information, delayed approvals, changes in requirements, or other client-side factors may affect project timelines. Such delays do not automatically qualify the client for a refund.

5. Third-Party Services and Advertising Budgets

Payments made directly to third-party platforms, hosting providers, domain registrars, software vendors, advertising platforms, or other external service providers are subject to their respective terms and refund policies.

Advertising budgets, domain registration fees, hosting charges, software licenses, and other third-party expenses arranged or incurred on behalf of the client may be non-refundable, subject to the applicable provider terms and law.

6. Changes to Services

Requests for changes, additional features, revisions beyond the agreed scope, or modifications after approval may incur additional charges. Any such charges will be communicated to the client before the additional work is undertaken, where practicable.

7. Exceptions and Legal Rights

Any exception to this policy must be approved in writing by an authorized representative of Velarima Digital Agency Pvt. Ltd.

Nothing in this policy is intended to exclude or restrict any consumer rights, statutory remedies, or refund entitlements that cannot lawfully be waived under applicable Indian law.
